Can't find your code?

Unfortunately, this could be for a number of different reasons.

Firstly, please do not contact us. All the codes we have are posted on this page.

1. If your set is a new model then Sky may not have assigned a code for it yet.

Check the Users List or try the latest official code list from Sky. Sky+ Latest Code List (pdf format)  

Following recent changes at Sky, all the remote codes that are known to them are now listed on the Interactive pages.

If you still have no luck, then contact SKY Technical on 08702 43 5000. 

Make sure you know the Make and Model of your TV before you call but don't expect much help.

2. If the manufacturer did not make many of that particular model then a specific 3 digit code may never have been assigned. Try a generic 4 digit code for that manufacturer.

3. Older TV codes may not appear on lists as they were deemed only relevant with older versions of the remote but not the latest. Hopefully, our list includes these but if not, again, try a generic 4 digit code for that manufacturer.

4. Brand named TV's. This covers a lot more than you think!

Bush, Goodmans, Alba, Matsui and Hitachi (amongst many others) may well of used some other companies chassis. 

Vestel, for instance, as well as Orion are major players in providing main TV boards to many other manufacturers. 

065 and 584 are very common codes for different TV's as the relevant IC is of Philips design.

So the answer is; if you can find out which company really built the internals of your TV then you can try their codes as well.
