PRIVACY POLICY.
Customers details, such as Name, Address, Phone Number(s) and eMail Addresses are
only kept on our copy of any invoice. These records are kept for a minimum of six years. The contents of
which, are never disclosed to any third party.
Any other personal information, either on paper or contained in an email, is destroyed after the
conclusion of the sale/service. No financial information is stored on this website or on our computers.
Credit Cards.
All Credit/Debit Card information is destroyed/deleted at the end of each successful transaction.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
You can cancel a transaction by using the Contact Page
or calling us on 01622 664500
An order can be cancelled within 7 days.
Cancellation of an order after despatch will incur a charge for postage & restocking. A partial refund will be
given only when the item is returned, unopened and unused. Please see our returns policy below.
PRICES.
Prices are correct for parts currently held in stock, but may be subject to alteration WITHOUT further
notice.
Prices displayed for products are inclusive of delivery within mainland UK. VAT is not applicable.
All international sales are individually priced, as are UK Highlands and Islands. Please contact us first if you are outside the UK.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Customers may pay by PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, BACS or a Cheque with a written order.
Payment by cheque will result in the order being delayed whilst the cheque is cleared.
OUTSTANDING INVOICES
The Company reserves the right to sue any Debtor for full payment of all outstanding invoices. In such event the
Buyer shall be responsible for legal costs in the preparation and completion of the Company's action for debt.
SPECIFICATIONS
On this site, specifications are, to the best of our knowledge correct. We do, however, reserve the right to alter
them without notice if necessary.
SHIPPING.
Parts are usually despatched within 1 working day. Delivery time is dependant on the Royal Mail postal
service but are sent 1st class. For heavier items, a courier service may be used at our discretion.
We will endeavour to inform you of delivery times or any problems that may occur.
Company & Public holidays may delay despatch. Please see our Opening Hours
for relevant dates.
Credit/Debit Card Payments will not normally be taken until the order is ready for despatch.
Last order time for next working day despatch is usually 3:00 PM UK time if possible.
Our Guarantee.
Our parts are only guaranteed not to be DOA. (Dead On Arrival) Even then, strict conditions apply. Please see
our Returns policy and read our Parts FAQ page for further information.
All our repairs come with a 3 month warranty which covers the original repair, as outlined on the repair
invoice. Please read TV Repair FAQ for further information.
RETURNS.
Goods will not be accepted back without a returns authorisation.
A re-stocking charge will be deducted from any refund when goods are ordered in error or not required.
Items which are returned to us marked, defaced or damaged will incur a re-stocking charge up to 100%. Returned
items will be subject to testing for these reasons.
Handling and postage/delivery charges for returned items to us are not refundable.
CLAIMS.
Claims for short delivery or damage must be made in writing to the address below or by email to
within FIVE DAYS from receipt of goods.
