What you should know before you buy!
Can anybody purchase?
Yes but our internal parts are intended for engineers and sold on a business to business basis. This means that we are not duty bound by law to accept any returns for unwanted parts. As an individual, you may still purchase from us but this is dependant on your own technical skills as parts are non-returnable due to misdiagnosis of the fault.

Other items such as cables, external power supplies, chargers etc are covered by our 14 day money back guarantee as laid out in statutory UK law. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Condition of our parts
The condition of each part is stated in the description.
We are fairly unique in that we only purchase individual parts from quality professional sources and all have been checked by a fully qualified TV Engineer prior to storage.
We do not purchase sets with a fault in an attempt to harvest it's parts. Nor do we strip old tired sets for the parts. We are professional engineers, not a reclamation company!
We log all our parts history and and group them as follows;
New: Brand new parts supplied by the manufacturer or dealer.
A lot of our new parts are purchased in bulk from either the manufacturer or other 3rd party suppliers and we may not receive them individually boxed.
If we have any doubt as to their condition, then we will re-test them if possible. This will be noted as "Tested" under Additional Information.
Please note that some new parts may show signs of being fitted. This is usually down to the manufacturer/dealership and includes parts supplied by LG, Samsung & Vestel.
Refurbished: A part repaired and tested by us prior to our own use or for sale.
Used: A part that is usually taken from a new set that has had other damage in the factory or upon delivery.
Alternatively, it may have come from an older set but either way, it would of been tested by a qualified engineer prior to storage for our own use or to sell on.

Card Payments and Dispatch Times
Please Note: The bank that issued your card does not matter but it must have either the Visa or MasterCard Logo to be accepted.
Cash on collection is available.
We no longer accept payments by cheque or 3rd party companies such as PayPal.
Parts are usually dispatched within 24 hours depending on the day/time of order.
Latest time for same day dispatch is usually 3pm UK time. Exceptions are weekends, UK public and company holidays, etc.
We will endeavour to inform you of delivery times or any problems that may occur. However, we can not be held for responsible for any delays due to the delivery service.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
We fully guarantee that the part is not faulty or DOA. (Dead On Arrival)
However, we always take every case on it's merit. If you have a problem with one of our parts within 30 days, then please contact us.
Please be careful before ordering, as some parts can be instantly damaged upon fitting if another part has also failed.
New parts are assumed to be in perfect working order.
All used and refurbished parts supplied by us have been tested by professional engineers and are known to be in satisfactory working order prior to storage.
