New, Refurbished or Used?
We log all our parts history and group them as follows:

Brand New: 
Brand new parts supplied by the manufacturer in original boxes.

New:
A lot of our new parts are purchased in bulk from either the manufacturer or other 3rd party suppliers. These are then re-sealed & boxed ready for dispatch.

Ex-Stock:
These will be well under the RRP but are still new parts. They usually come from brand new damaged sets which have had 0 hours use. Alternatively, they may have been purchased by us but no longer required.

All main boards will still be ready for 1st time installation.

Refurbished:
No, not some generic term used by Google, eBay and others which means nothing. This is a part repaired by a qualified electronics engineer and fully tested prior to sale.

Used:
A part that is usually taken from a physically damaged set or one that suffered from an unrelated fault. Either way, it would of been fully tested by a qualified engineer prior to storage.
